1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be longer.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.


3. Shipping Location

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and complete.


4. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • The shipping carrier

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

  • Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

  • If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.


6. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.


7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or resolution in accordance with Canadian consumer law.


8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (If Applicable)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • These charges are non-refundable.
